QI Salon, a renowned beauty haven in Warsaw, Poland. QI offers hair styling services and advanced training for stylists in the latest coloring techniques, and a wealth of hair care knowledge and professional products for clients.

The founder of Qi sought our expertise when the brand had reached a growth plateau and faced challenges in market positioning and communication. In the past two years, the number of beauty salons in Warsaw has tripled, making it evident that being merely good is no longer sufficient.

KEY USER PAIN POINTS
The name "Cosmo" wasn't just chosen at random – it embodies the platform's mission. It reflects our commitment to not only simplifying travel but also elevating the entire experience. The logo, fonts, and colours were meticulously chosen to reflect this core value – effortless navigation and the ability to reach any destination, be it a cozy village or the moon. To bring Cosmo's vision to life, we embarked on a collaborative journey with the client. Through brainstorming sessions, we delved deep into market data and customer insights. This partnership allowed us to gain a crystal-clear understanding of their vision for the app. With this foundation in place, our team started the process of sketching wireframes. We analyzed competitor apps, pinpointing weaknesses in UX/UI design. By incorporating user insights and addressing competitor shortcomings, we streamlined user flow options and ensured a well-structured, intuitive user journey. Ultimately, this approach significantly accelerated the process of finalizing the prototype.

Results

The salon experienced 23% increase in new clients through both online and offline channels, thanks to effective and simple rebranding and strategic tactics we suggested to them. Implementing segmentation for stylists led to a higher average ticket price for top-tier masters. Qi's strong market position as an expert in advanced colouring techniques significantly boosted brand recognition and customer loyalty. Additionally, the introduction of simple, branded materials resulted in an increase in user-generated content.
